Crispy Tandoori Fish Bites

Level: Easy 
Serving size : 3 person 

  • 2 Tilapia fillets
  • 3 tsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp plain flour
  • 1 tsp Rajah tandoori powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • cold water as needed
  1. Cut the Tilapia fillets into small bite size cubes and dry on paper towel.
  2. Measure the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix. Add enough cold water to make a loose but not too runny batter, whisk until smooth and lump free.
  3. Coat the fish pieces in batter and deep fry till golden brown on both sides (about 2 - 3 minutes either side). Drain on kitchen towel and serve with your favourite dipping sauce!
