Dragon Grouper is a mild fish, high in oil and moisture, and belongs to the sea bass family. It can be cooked in a variety of ways since it is a firm fish that holds up to various cooking methods. 

 虎斑鱼的肉质Q弹,清蒸或是煮汤都很赞,我觉得是比石斑要好吃,还好有友人赞助,而且处理得很好,因为鱼大的关系,直接帮你把鱼肉取下。老爷吃鱼的嘴很挑,这也是他喜爱的鱼之一,所以肉质深得肯定,一定要试试看喔!

材料

斑鱼 约200公克,
葱 1根

蒜2瓣,

姜1小块,

辣椒 1/2根,

盐 适量,

蒸鱼酱油 1/5杯,

米酒 少许,香油 适量

做法

1、鱼肉切片、葱切丝、蒜切片、姜切片、辣椒斜切备用。

2、将鱼片抹上盐摆入盘中,放上蒜、姜、辣椒,淋上蒸鱼酱油、米酒,入锅蒸至熟成。

3、于作法3放上葱丝,淋上热油即可。
