Delivering frozen fish requires expensive packaging, rapid transit between us and you (City Area within 1hrs)

For these reasons, our delivery charges are higher than those for books, clothes or similar for which delivery is a comparative doddle. Except for remote post codes, all our deliveries should arrive within 2hrs.

If you are ordering for a special occasion, then unless it's "tomorrow" please select a delivery date a little ahead of the event... just in case you are the 1 in 200 late delivery.

Kindly take note that you are not able to modify your order after cutoff date and no last-minute cancellation upon confirmation of purchase. All orders confirmation are non-refundable or transferable. Please contact me if you have any issue to order and you need to change your order before the cut-off date.

All party package and MyFreshbox ( Customize your own FreshBox - minimum order RM250. Suitable for Party, Private Event, Private Chief Party and etc) - please order at least 2 days in advance

We are unable to accommodate requests for time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations. We will call you before we heading to your house. All delivery to condominium/ apartment, as we are not allowed to access to your units, our driver will wait at Lobby.

If you are not around at the time of delivery?

Please note that we will only call you three times, if we are unable to reach you, due to whatever reasons, or you do not pick up the call, we will leave it on the front door or at the guardhouse (for apartment and condominium).

Orders are delivered ONCE. If the recipient is not home/office the Freshbox are returned to Myfishman and a notice will send to a customer that MyFishman's driver has tried to deliver. The sender is responsible for bearing any delivery cost for a second delivery attempt.
