All fish head and belly is combination of Snakehead , Snapper and Barramuddin / Siakap

How To Cook 

Step 1 : Add 250g paste into 450ml water.
Step 2 : After boiled , add fish head and cook for 15mins 


Noted: You can add any vegetable as you like 


You may save 20 mins to prepare the sauce by using our Asam Ready To Cook Sauce.
