Fish are an important source of protein and other nutrients for young children and women who are or may become pregnant or are breastfeeding.

HOW MUCH FISH SHOULD YOU EAT?

The FDA offered a recommendation on the minimum intake of seafood pregnant women should aim for. It said that pregnant women, breastfeeding moms and young kids should be eating eight to 12 ounces of a variety of fish each week.

For Kids

Fish has a lot of high-quality protein, iron, and minerals. Some varieties (like anchovies, and sardines) contain omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for heart health and developing brains.

Fishermen will always pack your box to its full value. However, the number of portions you get depends on the value of the seafood. 

The items you may find in your Freshbox will contain a mixture of the following (4-5 items). Our fisherman will choose the best combination for you.
