Eating Fish During Pregnancy

Fish are an important source of protein and other nutrients for young children and women who are or may become pregnant or are breastfeeding.

HOW MUCH FISH SHOULD YOU EAT?

 

For Expectant Moms

It recommends that expectant moms eat at least five ounces of cooked fish every week. 

Eating salmon benefits pregnant women and their babies a week during pregnancy is beneficial both for the mother and child.

Fishermen will always pack your box to its full value. However, the number of portions you get depends on the value of the seafood. 

The items you may find in your Freshbox will contain a mixture of the following ( min 4-5 item or more depending on the weigh and seafood price). Our fisherman will choose the best combination for you.
