手作醬油需天然日曬至少三個月,耗時費力,也需要大量的空間。然而,David卻樂在其中。他既不是祖傳父業,也不是為了賺錢養家,純粹是因為喜歡吃醬油,因此在2004年開始研發及釀製醬油。使用無基因改良的進口黃豆、海鹽、蔗糖、過濾水等,David對於原材料的品質把關是非常嚴謹的,也無添加防腐劑、色素和味精,好吃又健康。
